Paul’s background with horses didn’t start until he left school at the age of sixteen. He started working in a riding school as work experience and found his niche! From this not too early start with horses he went on to work as a groom on a show jumping yard and discovered he had a natural rapport with horses. Horses by this time had become a way of life. He quickly realised this was something he could do on his own and so PJ Equine Services was born. Initially the business involved clipping, relief grooming, stable repairs and other equine related services. The most popular being horse transport.Paul is well known throughout the area for being able to handle difficult horses. This is a reputation he has unintentionally achieved over the years and many people come back time and time again. He takes this responsibility very seriously. Your horse is paramount. He has never in all this time had a horse that he hasn’t been able to load. There is no trick to this other than a love and understanding of what he does combined with an abundance of patience and above all the ability to both accurately judge and respond to the individual horses needs.

Your horse will travel in a 3 horse 7.5 ton lorry that is fully licensed and insured. The horse area is temperature controlled and constantly monitored via CCTV to ensure a safe journey.Please contact us for a price and availability or just plain help and advice.
